  • Uniting government and community to support Black fathers of young children (0-5), using Community Cultural Brokers (CCBs) for empowerment, family preservation, and equitable reunification.

This program ensures immediate relief while fostering long-term resilience by integrating case management, verification processes, and sustainability strategies.
